Our firm is Design oriented, we provide distinguished designs in both sides: Architecture & Interior designs.

Although we have our own character & taste, our designs always meet clients needs & taste.

Designs are usually presented in freehand sketches & 3D renders to make it easier for our clients to imagine their projects and providing flexibility in upgrading & developing projects.

Detailed Drawings & Engineering

We provide working / workshop Drawings as per requested by our clients to insure accuracy in execution processes.

Architectural & Interior Detailed Drawings are done by us, while we can provide  all other disciplines Drawings with co-operation with other Design firms.

We do co-ordination with all disciplines in detailed & workshop drawings as well, so as to get insured that the project stages will not be affected by any conflicts between different disciplines.

Bill Of Quantities

We prepare Bill of quantities for our designed projects containing specifications, quantities and all required items explained clearly.

Specs are comprehensive description of objectives for the development project. It contains all goals, functionality, and details required for the development team or contractor to fulfill the vision of the client.

Specs are considered an essential part of the tender package of any project. And by using specs we insure that every single detail or material is conforming to the standards and to owner requirements.

Sites Supervision

In the Execution phase, the project needs to be supervised by the owner representatives & the consultant.

Consultancy tasks are provided by us in all project processes, including this important phase when all design items are applied on site.

We supervise projects on site through various programs as agreed with owners.

We can provide resident site supervision, scheduled site visits & projects management.

In all cases our mission is to keep the owner confident that he will achieve all his goals in the project execution phase.
